          Everyone wants to lose some weight at one point or another in their lives. Overweight individuals are more susceptible to many diseases including diabetes. Being overweight lowers your self esteem and makes you feel unhealthy on the inside. Follow these steps to help you lose weight and start feeling better about yourself.





Step 1

Calcium PillsIncrease your daily intake of calcium to lose weight. Calcium has been shown to signal your body’s fat cells to start burning themselves off. In other words the more calcium you take the more your fat will dissolve itself. Make sure you get your daily intake of calcium if you do not already. Ways to get calcium include taking calcium pills, drinking a lot of low fat milk, or eating yogurt every day.

Step 2

Excercise ProgramStart a resistance based exercise program. Resistance training has been shown to burn much more fat in the long run than just aerobic exercise such as running on the treadmill. The reason for this is resistance training builds muscle which will burn calories all day long. While you are sleeping at night you will lose more weight.



Step 3

Lower your total daily caloric intake by 500 calories. It doesn’t matter what type of food you take these calories from. Preferably you should lower your intake of fats, and sugars to reduce the 500 calories. As long as you are burning more calories than you take in on a daily basis then you will lose weight. The key is to accurately determine how many calories your body uses on a daily basis. This is the difficult part.



Step 4

Add CaffeineAdd a little caffeine to your diet. Caffeine has been shown to increase the body’s metabolism. An increased metabolism will burn more fat and help you lose weight every day.







Step 5

Ask one of your friends to join you on your quest to lose weight. If you have a partner to rely on and help you work out you will be more likely to continue your exercise program.
