How to Live Longer and Feel Young

Fountain of youth          Everyone is always searching for the fountain of youth. Although it only exists in myth there are several steps a person can take to increase their lifespan naturally and feel more youthful while doing so. Laugh often. A good hearty laugh from the belly has been shown medically to stimulate the release of endorphins from the brain. Endorphins are the feel good chemicals that give us a euphoric high naturally.


Step 5

Make love more often. Having sex has also been found to release several types of endorphins in the brain which make you feel great and younger at the same time.

SodaReduce your intake of the bad foods in your diet. Decrease the amount of sweets, soda, caffeine, and fatty foods that you eat or drink on a daily basis. These foods contribute to weight gain. It has been shown that overweight individuals live shorter lives and have a lower quality of life than their thin counterparts.

Fish dietIncrease your intake of fish in your diet. Fish contain omega three fatty acids which are proven to decrease inflammation in the body and reduce your risk of heart disease. They also improve memory and sharpen your cognitive function making allowing your brain to operate at a younger state.

Find a long term loving relationship. Those who are in love and have happy marriages have been found to live longer on average than people who remain alone.


Step 9

Get regular checkups at the doctor. If you have an ailment that can be diagnosed early your chances of living longer will be raised.
